Dr. Matthew R. Kanter graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012 and immediately shipped out to Southern California with the US Navy. Following dental school, he completed a one-year advanced training program in general dentistry. He also achieved his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, recognizing completion of over 500 hours of courses designed to enhance the dental skills he can provide to you, our patients. Dr. Kanter’s honorable service as a Naval Officer allowed him the opportunity to provide our servicemen and women excellent care utilizing cutting edge technology and techniques. Dr. Kanter’s commitment to development, education, and dedication to his patients make him an excellent addition to our family!
Dr. Khatib was born and has lived her entire life in Southern California. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biochemistry from UC Riverside and obtained her DDS from the UCLA School of Dentistry. She completed her residency in advanced general dentistry at the VA Healthcare System in Long Beach where she had the honor of providing comprehensive and advanced oral healthcare to our veterans. Her hobbies include reading, candle making, cooking, and she loves spending time with her family (especially her young nieces and nephew!). She and her husband moved to Temecula in 2019.
Dr. Jeffrey Papworth graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University. Upon graduation he was accepted to the renowned Ostrow School of Dentistry at The University of Southern California. There he excelled both from an academic and leadership standpoint. Not only was he a regular Dean’s List recipient, but he was also selected by the Ostrow School of Dentistry faculty to aid in teaching composite dentistry techniques to underclassman. While at USC he also served as the Chapter President of the Student Professionalism and Ethics Association, as a Representative for the AYUDA International Outreach Organization, and as a selected member of the John Wesley Community Health Clinic team.
